Adobe

In Adobe’s sessions, overall, it was hard to memorise the process of each tool in different applications such as photoshop, illustrator and premiere pro. I thought I needed to use them many times regularly to avoid forgetting all the processes. However, I thought I also needed to explore more by myself to find a way that felt easy to apply. My favourite session was learning Sketch Up, which helps make 3D modelling for a broad range of drawing and design applications, including architectural and interior. When I learnt how to use Sketch Up, I was so excited because I could try to create my imagination of PR event space in reality. At the same time, It was so hard to apply my ideas to Sketch Up. There are no colours or furniture that I imagined using for my event. Therefore, I still need to use photoshop or illustrator to create the objects for some details. For example, the wine glasses or the champagne glasses, I want them to be gold and mat textures to match the colours for my event. When I tried to create it through illustrator, even drawing the shape of the curve didn’t work easily. It had some bumpy in the bowl part of the wine glasses, and I want them to smooth. I experimented many times to create the one I had in my head. I learned how trying and exploring the skill will help the quality of my work.
