Week2
In the first session of the second week, I practised generating ideas and strategies for PR & Communication and preparing to implement my ideas for my Zine PR outcomes worked in groups of four people to collaborative thinking. I responded to a Zine given by the tutor to generate ideas that could be relevant to the Zine and content. The student who made the ZINE are all photos are very unified. As clearly we can see, I guess the student pathway was styling or makeup. I needed to unify my ideas or the photos to express them well as other students’ ZINE. When I worked in the group sessions, It was interesting to hear the other people’s ideas. My friends have similar opinions, so we can quickly get from all opinions. In addition, I came up with some ideas that can combine with other ideas, and if we combined all our thoughts, I thought it would have a more strong concept.
Moreover, some successful PR included art installations as advertising, location responses to promote, branding unconventional, and using props and music videos to incorporate media platforms. As the tutor explained, there are so many ways I can be innovative and responsive in looking for PR & Communication ideas. I want to create an outstanding idea for strategies for PR & Communication. For the SDS, creating ideas for my ZINE concept is challenging to think of using the location of the Barbican to find PR solutions and ideas when I compare it with the other student’ ZINE I used in the session. To develop exciting and innovative ideas, I need to think about the theme, motivation and how I can connect it to the event.

SDS(PR idea for my ZINE)

Second Session
The session was about the development of the PR content. However, I wasn’t sure about my PR ideas yet by the session. As I said in the previous PPD, I struggled to connect the PR event to my theme, which is motivation. I get motivated by various objects or actions and people, but I thought fashion itself could be the event’s content. Thus I decided to focus on the concept that I can motivate people to do something.
My idea was to do a simple fashion style test about your body and personality to discover your style, which is not to reveal people’s current fashion tastes. Instead, the aesthetic style survey determines which kind of colour, shape of the design and the texture of the cloth are suitable for people. After that, people will divide into different room sections and try various fashion items. However, I thought it was not clear to indicate the theme, so I added more realistic concepts and the details of the event’s activities.

Firstly, I set the target audience that will be young adults. My goal for the event is to motivate them to find their fashion and encourage them to discuss their thoughts respectfully. There will be various activities to encourage them to explore their new style in keeping with the topic and subject. These activities will be based on questions youngsters should ask themselves when trying to figure out their distinct personalities. The ideas of questions have come from the first PR idea. A set of questions is sent to every attendee before the event begins. The purpose of the quiz is to encourage attendees to consider their style before attending the event to ignite their interest in fashion. The visitors will be divided into groups upon arrival, with each group going to a separate themed activity area.
